Dr, Barran is a 1984 graduate of Stanford
University School of Medicine. Dr. Barran
completed three years of OB/GYN Residency,
a Family Practice Residency and a one year
Anesthesiology Residency. Prior to moving
his practice to Conrad, Dr. Barran practiced
medicine in Cut Bank. Dr. Barran resides in
Conrad with his 2 children. |

Jay Taylor, M.D.
Dr. Taylor is a 2002 graduate of the University
of Colorado School of Medicine. After
graduation Dr. Taylor completed residency
programs in Billings, MT., Greeley, CO., and Wray, CO. Dr. Taylor is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Taylor was born and raised here in Conrad and resides here with his wife and two children. |

David Arends, PA-C is now offering House Calls to all Horizon Lodge Residents.
David received his bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK and completed his physician assistant studies at Bayley Seaton Hospital in New York City. He has specialized in family practice for the past 12 years with a particular interest in diabetes management and geriatric care. David resides in Conrad with his wife and three children. |

Lanae Williams, PA-C
Lanae graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Utah. She sees a wide range of patients, but especially enjoys women’s health care and pediatrics. Lanae and her husband, Jamey, a Physical Therapist at PMC, make their home in Conrad.

Cliff Davis, PA-C
Cliff, a Great Falls native, graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, from Rocky Mountain College in Billings in 2001.
Cliff has been in practice for 8 years, 4 of which have been in Emergency Medicine. He has previous experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, ER / Flight Nurse for 7 years and an EMT/Paramedic for 15 years. Cliff resides in Great Falls with his wife and children. |

Ilene received her LPN Nursing degree from Northern Montana College and her Physician Assistant degree from Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio. For the last 13 + years Ilene has practiced at Pondera Medical Center, specializing in Emergency Medicine. Ilene and her husband Terry live in the Conrad area.
